Glossy Pixels: For our app have we used Mario themed icons and Since we are Waken Koopa troopas have we choosen color-codes that represent Koopa Troopas colors. Green for their shell and yellow for their body. Synne, being our lead designer, made sketches for our final design:

We also have a minigame where you get to hunt as many Mario can, where we liberally use Mario inspired design language.
Chameleon Our app is available both for desktop and mobile users. We also have built a responsive canvas app, however the minigame is only available in portrait mode so no one gets an unfair advantage 🙂

The Pro code:
We are using Raspberry Pi to run our Mario Detection software. There was some programing needed to get it to work!!! The Mario Detection camera posts the image, encoded in base64, to a Power Automate flow. The flow then uploads the image to a sharepoint folder, and another flow then sends a push notification to the Koopa Kompanion app.
The Low-code:
By using Power Apps—a low-code tool, helpful prebuilt templates and drag-and-drop tools, we could easily put together a nice front end for Koopas in the field.
Plug N’ Play – for Dynamics 365 plugin that updates Mario for each support request based on the context using OpenAI
Sometimes Princesses are confused and don’t know where to start from when they have technical issues. So we are here to help them with AI! Princesses just need to add the description of the problem and the Dynamics Plugin will suggest Marios that are currently available and best match the case.
So the Princess creates a new support request, and that’s were plugin is triggered. The plugin sends the problem to OpenAI’s smart ChatGPT. The prompt: Given the following case description, rate its severity on a scale of 1 to 4, where 1 is minor and 4 is critical:
I seem to be having a bit of a predicament with our kingdom’s email system, and I’m in dire need of assistance. This morning, when I attempted to send out invitations for the upcoming royal ball, I noticed that none of my emails were being delivered. They seem to be stuck in the outbox, and no matter how many times I try to resend them, they simply won’t go through.
The result of the OpenAI request is the severity level, in our case it is 3. So the plugin is looking for Marios who can cope with this severity and assigns the case to this Mario. Also, plugin updates the details of the case:

With help from our own wise wizard – AKA Grandfather/Frank – we have been able to create our own magic in FinOps. The screenshot below shows a customized screen of item number and item related information, in addition to purchase and sales order and project links:
With the help from X++ and Power Automate we are able to send order quantity to FinOps which automatically creates a purchase and sales order. And it does not stop here – it also creates a link between the purchase and sales orders, which is critical to understand what actually triggered the purchase order in the first place. Additionally, we link the orders to project as that would gain a lot of business value for industries such as the construction business. The code below ends with returning the quantity that is going through the order process, which triggers email to the Hololens-user with an order confirmation.

Our game produces data on game configuration, high score and completed games. This is visual data that we love to look at so we better understand the users.
