Digital experiences are great but sometimes, you want something you can hang on a wall.
For EcoCraft, completing all sustainability missions is a real achievement. So instead of stopping at points and dashboards, we wanted every child to receive a personal, ready-to-print completion certificate.
That’s where we chose to use Documents Core Pack.
We have created and designed the certificate in Word. Using Documents Core Pack, we generate a personalized certificate, including the child’s Minecraft gamer tag which makes each certificate unique.
The flow that sends the certificate is simple and fully automated. When a child completes the full EcoCraft session, a Power Automate flow is triggered. This flow generates the certificate.
The generated document is then stored in Azure Blob Storage.
Then a custom trigger and a journey in Customer Insights Journeys sends the personal certificate ready to download.
Having everything digital is fun. But seeing your achievement printed and displayed creates a different kind of pride.
