We showed up early today. And honestly, we’re quite happy that the sun rises a bit later in Norway.

Our camp is up and running, the Kanban board is up to date, and we already managed to finish a few tasks yesterday so this morning felt calm rather than rushed.

Now we’re awake, we’re aligned, and we’re ready to continue building.
