Badges Claimed: Show and Tell
Time goes by quickly at a hackathon but before we built anything, we made sure we could clearly explain what we’re building and why.
Since we were already using a retro sticky-notes Kanban board for our daily work, we decided to switch to a classic Miro board for our end-to-end flow. It’s easier to evolve, easier to share and, as a bonus, a bit more sustainable than real sticky notes.

We mapped the process step by step and used colors to represent each persona involved:
- Orange for teachers
- Grey for automated processes
- Green for NGO workers
- Blue for the children
This visual flow helped us align as a team, make our assumptions visible, spot gaps early, and stay focused on what really matters: a clear, safe, and repeatable experience for everyone involved.
The sketch isn’t a fixed process. It’s a living blueprint.
It will evolve, grow, and change over the next few days as we learn, build, and test while still giving us a shared direction to come back to at any time. Even when the judges come and visit our cozy camp!
