Our project managers can now easily create contracts directly from the CRM by triggering OneFlow contract creation with a single option selection.
The process is as such:
- Project manager creates a project in CRM.
- Checks of “Create OneFlow contract”.
- A Power Automate flow gets triggered ( see the flow below)
- The Contract is created in OneFlow based on a pre created template:

5. The necessary information from CRM is already filled out in the contract corresponding to the specific project created. (Less boring work for the PM!!) At the same time, the main contact for the project (also the signing contact) is added as a signer in OneFlow.
6. Data of the contract (OneFlow ID and link) get’s feed back to the CRM, so that the PM easily can find it through the CRM. In addition, the status of the contract changes, both when the contract is created, and signed.

7. When the contract is signed by the parties, another flow is triggered, which sends a message to the PM that the contract is signed, and the status of the contract is set to signed.
Flow that creates the contract in OneFlow:

Flow that notifies the PM about completed signing, and status is updated to signed.

The result is a faster, more reliable, and far less tedious contract process, giving project managers more time to focus on delivering great projects instead of chasing paperwork.
We are also aware that there is a Oneflow-powered widget that could have been added to the CRM system, but after some intense negotiations with the connection setup, we decided to park that idea for now.

With this, EVIDIently is claming the OneFlow sponsor badge.
